During this period, customers may request a refund in accordance with the guarantee presented in the offer.
The 7-day commercial guarantee applies to the initial subscription purchase. Subsequent monthly renewals are not automatically subject to a new 7-day commercial guarantee, unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer or required by law.

Cancellation stops future automatic subscription renewals once it becomes effective in the payment platform.
Customers who cancel their subscription will retain access to VIRAL +10K EXPRESS METHOD until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless a refund or another applicable legal or contractual circumstance results in earlier termination.
At the end of the paid access period, product access expires unless the customer purchases or activates a new subscription.
Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for a billing period already paid for, without prejudice to the 7-day commercial guarantee and any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights under applicable law.
Using the product during the commercial guarantee period does not, by itself, eliminate refund rights provided by the offer or applicable law.
